To meet our customer’s demand for unique pieces, Bentley & Co is opening a consultation suite together with a fully equipped workshop onsite at the Llandeilo Gallery in May 2011. The consultation area will be a relaxing comfortable space where customers can sit with jewellery designers to discuss commissions, including engagement and wedding rings. If customers don’t see what they are looking for in the gallery, or they have a specific design idea in mind, that is when it’s time for the customer to become part of the design process. We encourage customers to sit down, talk and sketch through ideas with our designers.

The design consultation is free, and worth exploring as it affords the potential for a bespoke piece of jewellery exclusively made for you; whether it’s re-cycling an old piece of jewellery that’s been in your family for decades, designing a personalised engagement ring, or simply creating something new to mark a special occasion.

Some people are concerned that a bespoke commission means a lot more money, but that is not always the case. The cost is relative to the materials used and the detail involved in the workmanship; all of which can be adjusted to accommodate a budget.

Repairs - The new workshops will enable Bentley Jewellery to accommodate all repairs on the premises, some even within the hour. We know our customers feel reassured that their cherished items are repaired on site by a jeweller with over 20 years experience.

Complimentary ring cleaning service - Over time, jewellery gathers dirt underneath the setting which cannot be removed by normal cleaning. Customers are welcome to leave their jewellery for sonic cleaning; and after 15 minutes jewellery is restored back to its former glory.
