How do I know my payment and personal details will be secure when I make a purchase with Bentley & Co?
In order to make sure your payment and secure details are safe we use RBS Worldpay. RBS Worldpay is an important part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world, RBS WorldPay payment solutions are trusted by thousands of businesses, big and small. For millions of people around the world, WorldPay is the way to pay - trusted and secure. RBS WorldPay supports the full range of fraud-prevention methods including online transaction authorisation, cardholder verification (i.e. via Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code), and Address Verification Service (AVS). In addition, WorldPay has developed several in-house fraud detection/protection tools that are designed to avoid hassle and minimise financial loss (including the RBS WorldPay Guarantee which can protect you against financial loss due to fraud).

If I register my details with Bentley & Co will I be bombarded by emails?
No! We know there is nothing more annoying than having your inbox filled up with emails from every company you've ever bought from online. Therefore we will only email you you to inform you of special offers you are entitled to, along with events you might be interested in. If you would prefer not to receive anything, you can simply tick the optional box at the time of registration.

If I register my details with Bentley & Co, how do I know my details won't be passed on to other companies?
We treat your private details with the privacy we would expect our own. Therefore we promise never to pass any private information on.

PAYMENT

What types of credit card do you accept?
We accept most credit cards including visa credit/debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Switch, Electron. Sadly we cannot accept Diners Card and American Express.

Do you accept cheques?
Yes, we do accept cheque payments. Should you wish to pay by cheque you should contact us at info@bentleyjewellery.com. If you pay by cheque your order will not be released until your cheque has cleared. This can take approximately 5 days.

DELIVERY

How and when will my order be delivered?
All relevant information can be found on our delivery page.

Can you post orders abroad?
Yes. You will need to contact us directly to ensure it is possible to your country before you place an order.

I have placed an order on Bentley & Co, when can I expect my order to be delivered?
Our aim is to deliver within 3 working days. If the item is out of stock, you will be contacted directly with an estimated time, and will be given the option of a refund if desired. Deliveries to more remote regions of the UK will take slightly longer.

I need my jewellery delivered the next day, can you do this?
Yes, provided you place your order before 2pm the day before you need it. This costs £4.50, and for Saturday guaranteed £8.50

Can you deliver the item as a gift to another address?
Ofcourse. When purchasing, simply enter a different address for delivery as your billing address. All our handmade jewellery comes gift wrapped, and you will be given the option of enclosing a message for the recipient on the checkout pages. If there is anything else we can do to help just email us at info@bentleyjewellery.com.

RETURNS

I've received my item, but I don't like it. What can I do?
At Bentley & Co we have a 'sure return' guarantee, which means if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us and we'll happily refund your money. For full details please refer to delivery or terms & conditions.

I've received my purchase but it is faulty, what do I do?
Please return it to us if there are any faults with your purchase, Bentley & Co will be happy to repair, replace, or refund any items which have developed a fault. For more info see terms & conditions.

I have received my delivery, but there is damage / items missing?
Please contact us immediately if there is any problem with your order so we can rectify it as soon as possible. info@bentleyjewellery.com.

I had the size of my ring changed by a jeweller, but it is still not right. Can I return it?
No. If you have a piece of jewellery altered in some way, our returns policy no longer covers it. Our rings come in a variety of sizes, if you are unsure which size you need, we can send you a ring sizer free of charge.

SHOPPING

I have a gift voucher, how do I use it?
Simply browse the website, and when you've made your choice, add it to your basket and proceed to the checkout. On your voucher you have a code, on the checkout page you will be asked to enter this to redeem your voucher. If your purchase is over the voucher price, it will simply deduct the amount, and you will pay the remaining sum.

I want to buy a ring, do they come in different sizes?
Yes all our rings come in different sizes. You simply need to select which size you need before you add it to your basket. If you are unsure of your size, please email us at info@bentleyjewellery.com with your address, and we can send you a ring sizer to measure your size free.

My ring size is not listed, can you make one to order?
For some rings we can sometimes make sizes to order, simply contact us to find out.

I want to buy a special present for my girlfriend, how can I be sure one of her friends won't be wearing the same piece?
As each piece of silver jewellery is handmade, only small numbers of each piece are made. This makes your purchase much more exclusive and intimate to the wearer.

I want to buy a piece of jewellery now for a present, but I don't want it delivered for 3 weeks. Can you do this?
Ofcourse. Simply email us before you make your purchase, and we will deliver for your requested date.

GENERAL

Are items on your website hallmarked?
We do hallmark our items. The law states that silver over 7.78grams must be hallmarked, therefore some delicate items will not have been hallmarked. They will still be made of sterling silver.

My jewellery has become marked with brown and black stains, what should I do?
Don't worry, this is normal, and easy to fix. Silver in time can develop some staining through contact with your skin, the air, water, etc. This can be easily cleaned off with a silver tarnish cloth. To avoid staining, and keep your silver jewellery looking its best we recommend that you polish jewellery regularly.

Can I use chemical cleaners and silver dips to clean my jewellery?
These can be very abrasive, and would damage any stones or beading. Therefore we recommend proper silver tarnish cloths instead.

My pearl came out my ring when I was doing boxercise, why did this happen?
Pearls are very delicate, and along with other semi-precious stones are meant to dress wear. This means they should not be worn when doing any activities that could hit, scrape or damage them. If you want your beautiful jewellery to remain at its best, you have to remember to take it off sometimes!

I have a complaint, what should I do?
Bentley & Co wants all its customers to be happy and satisfied with the service it offers. If you have a problem or are not happy with any part of the service we offer we want to know and we will do our best to resolve any dispute. Please contact us at info@bentleyjewellery.com.
